Includes two days of onsite work along with all materials, worksheets and advanced work for the first visit. Following the on-site you and your key manager have six months of phone and email support. Additionally I will return for one day to do an additional on-site visit to continue the process and give you direction for the next six months.

The benefit to this program is the longer term support and reinforcement of projects started on day one. Here we can continually refine and integrate what you’re looking to achieve and then reposition your firm once again six months later for another boost

 

For the dealer/principle who is looking for continuous development within the business and wants nothing less for the organization and staff.

  • You get all the benefits of Option #1 and Option #2
Plus
  • A return visit within 6 months to evaluate and reignite the business.
  • Six months of telephone and email support for the dealer/principle and one key manager.
  • Another ½ day with dealer/owner/presidents to take on some new tools to rapidly increase growth
