Please name your files in the following manner: For the reference commissions and rates.      01-10-24 Baker Commission Schedules and Rate.doc 1st Section is the date as follows YR-Month-Event Date This method but the dates in cronological order.The other way puts months together 10-24-01 would be next to 10-24-02. 2nd Section The person's last name who attended. For example "Baker" 3rd is the type of file. Should appear "Commission Scheduel and Rate" or the designated file name TBA 4th is the program type. This may come in the form of ".doc" or ".xls" depending on your software.
